2024 CHAMPS INFO

As mentioned in the meet notice, we will need volunteers from every team. Here is the sign up form: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0548A9AD29A7F85-50386513-2024#/

 The deadline for signing up is 5:00 PM on Thursday 07.25.24. 

We are in need of many volunteers for each session to ensure that the meet runs smoothly and successfully, so that our swimmers have a great day!  

Every team participating in championships, regardless of number of swimmers, will be required to supply at least 1 volunteer per session to work the meet.  This requirement is in addition to the number of timers to be supplied by each team.

 AM Session

• Coaches Meeting: 0815
• Timers Meeting: 0820
• Officials Meeting: 0800

PM Session

• Coaches Meeting: 3:15
• Timers Meeting: 3:20
• Officials Meeting: 3:00 PM

Teams are advised to bring tents, chairs, blankets, etc. 

Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks will be available for purchase.

PDF versions of the meet programs for each session are available to print from the Documents section of this page.

The meet program will be available through the Meet Mobile app.
To avoid potential issues with access to internet service it is recommended that the app be downloaded and set-up before arriving at the venue.

Paper copies of the program will not be sold at the meet.

Parking is available onsite with overflow on adjacent properties.
